RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns Policy
  1. We don’t provide a return label. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the PintoLeather Online Store. However the images of the products are for illustrative purposes: it means that each product is made by hand at the time of the order, and being made using natural leathers, the colors and shades may differ from those in the photo. A further sign of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the product.

  3. All items are high quality-controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

  5. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

  7. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

  9. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

How to process a return
  1. If you are a customer based in the EU, USA or UK, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs). Alternatively, you may prefer to return or exchange items using our returns and exchanges service.

  5. You may revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (or the last goods in the case of a contract for various goods that you ordered under a combined order and that are delivered separately).

Receiving a refund

Postage and Packaging:
  1. We don’t provide shipping labels to customers who are willing to return their items.
