RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Return Period: Customers can return products within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  2. Product Condition:

    • Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
    • All original packaging, labels, and any other parts of the product must be included.
  3. Excluded Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made items may not be returnable.
    • Products on sale or on offer may also have return restrictions.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Return Request:

    • Customers should contact customer service via the "Contact" link to initiate a return request.
  2. Product Return:

    • Once the return request is approved, customers receive instructions for shipping the product to the atelier.
    • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
  3. Items on sale:

    • Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  4. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: Pinto Leather, Strada Regina 66, 6982 Agno - Switzerland.
  5. Refunds:

    • After the product has been received and inspected, the atelier processes the refund.
    • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 business days.
    • Original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CHANGE OF SIZE OR ITEM

  • If you wish to change the size or style, customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

  • Items defective or damaged on delivery can be returned for a full refund or replacement, with shipping costs paid by the atelier.
